精索靜脈曲張致不育癥涉及到內(nèi)分泌、免疫、代

,但均不能完全解釋其
機(jī)制。綜合近幾年來的文獻(xiàn) ,我們對(duì)其影響部位和
環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行綜述如下。
1 影響睪丸
動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明 ,精索靜脈曲張時(shí)睪丸組織
中脂質(zhì)過氧化物(L PO)含量升高 ,損傷睪丸生精細(xì)
胞和亞細(xì)胞膜 ,致其功能障礙[2 ] ......
