B 超診斷臍帶繞頸的價值

摘 要 目的 通過對胎兒臍帶繞頸的超聲圖像表現(xiàn)和產后臨床診斷結果進行對比分析, 評價超聲診斷臍
帶繞頸的價值。 方法 將2 000 例37～ 42 孕周胎兒的超聲檢查結果與產后臨床診斷進行對比分析。 結果 2 000 例
胎兒中超聲檢出有臍帶繞頸的有 422 例, 產后證實為臍帶繞頸的有386 例。臍帶繞頸的發(fā)生率為1913% , 診斷準
確率為91%。結論 超聲能準確診斷胎兒臍帶繞頸, 為臨床醫(yī)生制定治療方案提供了可靠依據(jù), 有助于降低圍產
兒的死亡率。

ABSTRACT Object ive Th is studyw as to exp lo re themethod and the evaluat ion of B2 mode ult rasound in
the diagno sis of entangled neck of fetal umbilical co rd (EN FU C). Methods U lt rasonograph ic f indings on 2000
fetuses of 37～ 42 w eek gestat ion w ere analysed and compared w ith the results of the clinical diagno sis af ter being
bo rn . Results Among 2000 fetuses there w ere 422 cases of EN FU C found on ult rasonography and 386 cases
p roved by clinical diagno sis1The occur rence rate w as 1913% and the accuracy rate w as 91%. Conclus ion s
U lt rasonography can be used fo r diagno sing the EN FU C accurately and it can help clinical docto rsmake a remedy
