原發(fā)性玻璃體后脫離致視網(wǎng)膜裂孑 L 的治療探討

【 摘要】 目的 分析玻璃體后脫離所致視網(wǎng)膜裂孔的確診時間及不同處理對其預后的影響。方
法 2 0 0年 l 0月至 2 0 0 2年 8月對 9 5例 ( 9 5眼)由急性玻璃體后脫離所致視網(wǎng)膜裂孑 L 眼進行臨床分
析。裂孔已導致視網(wǎng)膜脫離的行視網(wǎng)膜復位手術，干性視網(wǎng)膜裂孔行 5 3 2激光封閉裂孑 L 術。結果 5 9
例伴有視網(wǎng)膜脫離的患者明確診斷時間長，經(jīng)手術治療 ( 部分為玻璃體手術)后視功能有一定的恢
復。但有些病人需多次手術。3 5例視網(wǎng)膜干性裂孔患者診斷及時，經(jīng)光凝治療后視力無明顯改變。
結論 玻璃體后脫離導致視網(wǎng)膜裂孔早期診斷，及時光凝是為患眼爭取良好預后的關鍵。
