埋線垂 瞼術(shù)并發(fā)癥的原 因分析及其處理

摘要 目的 探討埋線重瞼術(shù)并發(fā)癥的原因及其處理。方法 回顧本科 5年間共埋線重瞼術(shù) 1 2 1 4例 。 出現(xiàn)并
發(fā)癥的 1 7 7例( 占埋線重瞼術(shù)的 1 4 . 5 %) ， 分析其形成的原因 ， 并討論了治療方法 。結(jié)果 1 7 7例患者產(chǎn)生的并發(fā)癥
主要有 ： 重瞼線雙側(cè)不對稱 ， 重瞼線變淺或消失 。 線結(jié)外露 。 上瞼緊縮及異物感 ， 上瞼下垂， 皮下異物性結(jié)節(jié) ， 三眼皮 ，上瞼皺襞過高畸形 。 排斥反應(yīng)， 上臉皮膚肉芽腫等。經(jīng)過手術(shù)修整。 效果滿意。結(jié)論 埋線重瞼術(shù)雖然術(shù)式簡單。 操
作容易 ， 但操作不當(dāng)仍有一定比例的并發(fā)癥。 應(yīng)引起高度重視。
