應激性潰瘍時胃泌酸的改變及制酸劑應用價值(3)
綜前所述，目前對胃酸在應激性潰瘍發(fā)生中的確切作用認識尚不明確，其在應激狀態(tài)下改變的機理有待進一步研究。制酸劑對應激性潰瘍出血防治效果確切，且無增加醫(yī)源性肺炎的趨勢，但常規(guī)使用制酸劑預防只宜適用于高危病人。
