醒腦開竅活血法治療高血壓性腦出血的臨床研究

【摘要】 目的：觀察醒腦開竅活血法治療高血壓性腦出血的臨床療效。方法：將58例出血量≥30 ml的高血壓性腦出血患者隨機(jī)分為治療組30例和對(duì)照組28例。兩組均在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行早期顱內(nèi)血腫微創(chuàng)清除術(shù)。治療組加醒腦靜注射液20 ml靜脈滴注；大黃粉每次1 g，每日3次口服或鼻飼；腦出血方治療。結(jié)果：治療組總有效率(80.0%)和顯效率(66.7%)與對(duì)照組(64.3%和39.3%)相比差異均有顯著性(P均<0.01)；治療組日常生活能力顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)；治療組平均催醒時(shí)間(28.4 h)和再出血率(7.7%)與對(duì)照組(40.8 h和16.7%)相比差異均具有顯著性(P均<0.01)；治療組的病死率稍低于對(duì)照組,但差異無顯著性(P>0.05)。結(jié)論：醒腦開竅活血法治療高血壓性腦出血能明顯提高總有效率和患者的日常生活能力，縮短昏迷時(shí)間，減少再出血率。

【Abstract】 Objective： To observe the clinically therapeutic effects of agents for restoring consciousness, opening the orifice and activating blood circulation (醒腦開竅活血法) on hyertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH).Methods： Fifty-eight cases with HCH (bleeding volume≥30 ml) were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(28 cases). Both groups were early treated by microinvasive hematoma removal operation of intracranial hematoma on the basis of routine treatment. Additionally, 20 ml Xingnaojing injection (醒腦靜注射液) containing the above agents was injected intraveously and 1 g of rubarb powder dissolved in water was admininstered orally or via a gastric tube 3 times a day in the treatment group. ......
