T1FLAIR在顱腦腫瘤中的應(yīng)用:與SE序列比較

【摘要】 目的 評(píng)價(jià)T1FLAIR作為T1成像序列對(duì)顱腦腫瘤的診斷價(jià)值。方法 對(duì)30例顱腦腫瘤增強(qiáng)前后的T1FLAIR與T1SE圖像進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果 T1FLAIR較SE序列有更好的灰質(zhì)-白質(zhì)、腫瘤-背景和腫瘤-腦脊液之間的對(duì)比度及對(duì)比度噪聲比,能有效抑制腦脊液的信號(hào)。結(jié)論 T1FLAIR是一個(gè)有價(jià)值的序列,可在顱腦腫瘤T1加權(quán)成像時(shí)選用。關(guān)鍵詞 液體反轉(zhuǎn)恢復(fù)序列 自旋回波序列 腦 磁共振成像
