超聲對早期異位妊娠的鑒別診斷

【摘要】 目的 應(yīng)用腔內(nèi)超聲對異位妊娠導管環(huán)與宮內(nèi)孕黃體囊腫的回聲進行鑒別，以提高異位妊娠的早期檢出率。方法 對比分析46例異位妊娠患者超聲探及的導管環(huán)與同側(cè)卵巢實質(zhì)的回聲；對照40例正常宮內(nèi)孕的黃體囊腫與卵巢實質(zhì)的回聲。結(jié)果 46例異位妊娠中，40例(87%)導管環(huán)回聲高于或等于卵巢實質(zhì)；而40例宮內(nèi)孕中，黃體囊腫周邊回聲高于卵巢實質(zhì)的僅有2例(5%)，二者差異有非常顯著性(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 異位妊娠導管環(huán)的回聲通常比卵巢實質(zhì)回聲高，而黃體囊腫常常與卵巢實質(zhì)呈等回聲或低于卵巢實質(zhì)回聲。【關(guān)鍵詞】 妊娠，異位；超聲檢查；卵巢；診斷，鑒別

【Abstract】 Objective The pupose of this report is to compare the echogenicity of the tube ring of an ectopic pregnancy with the corpus luteum cyst of the ovary for improving early detection of ectopic pregnancy.Methods In 46 patients with clinically suspected ectopic pregnancy and sonography found an adnexal tube ring,echogenicity of the ring was compared with the echogenicity of the ovarian parenchyma.Simultaneously,in 40 patients with intrauterine pregnancy,echogenicity of the corpus luteum cyst was compared with echogenicity of the ovarian parenchyma.Results 40 (87%) of the 46 tube rings had echogenicity equal to or greater than that of ovarian parenchyma.In 40 patients with intrauterine pregnancy,the corpus luteum cyst was more echogenic than ovary in only 2(5%) cases.Conclusion The tube ring of an ectopic pregnancy is usually more echogenic than ovarian parenchyma,and the corpus luteum cyst is usually equal to or less echogenic than the ovary. ......
