多排螺旋CT曲面重建技術(shù)在輸尿管結(jié)石中的臨床應(yīng)用

【摘要】 目的 探討多排螺旋CT曲面重建技術(shù)在輸尿管結(jié)石中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 42例輸尿管結(jié)石患者均采用PHILIPS MX8000 CT機(jī)掃描后選取冠狀面進(jìn)行曲面重建。結(jié)果 所有病例的曲面重建圖像均能顯示擴(kuò)張的腎盂、輸尿管及輸尿管梗阻末端管腔內(nèi)的高密度結(jié)石影。42例患者共獲得43幅曲面重建圖像，其中圖像清晰細(xì)膩，無運(yùn)動(dòng)偽影及階梯偽影35幅(81.4%)。圖像質(zhì)量一般，有輕度運(yùn)動(dòng)偽影及階梯偽影8幅(18.6%)。結(jié)論 曲面重建技術(shù)可以使擴(kuò)張的腎盂、輸尿管及輸尿管梗阻末端管腔內(nèi)的高密度結(jié)石影全程顯示在一幅圖像上，圖像效果直觀明了，對(duì)軸掃及多平面重建圖像有重要的補(bǔ)充作用，同時(shí)對(duì)于輸尿管結(jié)石的臨床治療有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。【關(guān)鍵詞】 體層攝影術(shù)，螺旋計(jì)算機(jī)；圖像處理，計(jì)算機(jī)輔助；輸尿管結(jié)石
The clinical application of multislice spiral CT with curved planar reconstraction for ureteral calculus

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application of curved planar reconstruction (CPR) for ureteral calculus with multislice spiral CT(MSCT) imaging.Methods 42 cases with ureterolithiasis underwent both helical CT scan and CPR selected coronal plane by PHILIPS MX8000 scaning apparatus.Results CPR pictures in all patients demonstrated the distention of the pelvis,ureter and ureterolith that showed highdensity in the end of dilated ureter,43 pictures were obtained in 42 cases.The pictures showed clearly and none artifacts of movement or footboard in 35 cases(81.4%).The pictures had lightly artifacts in 8 cases (18.6%).Conclusion CPR can display clearly the highdensity calculus that in the dilated pelvis and ureter in one CT picture,it have an important additional contributions for axial scaning and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),and may play guiding roles in the clinical treatments. ......
