【摘要】 目的 對(duì)地榆配方顆粒進(jìn)行質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究。方法 采用薄層色譜法對(duì)地榆配方顆粒進(jìn)行定性鑒別,采用高效液相色譜法對(duì)地榆配方顆粒中沒食子酸進(jìn)行含量測(cè)定。結(jié)果 定性鑒別薄層色譜特征明顯,專屬性強(qiáng);高效液相色譜法能進(jìn)行沒食子酸的含量測(cè)定。該方法的線性范圍為0.776~3.88μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率為100.3%(RSD=1.2%,n=5)。結(jié)論 本法操作簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確,重復(fù)性好,能有效控制地榆配方顆粒的質(zhì)量。【關(guān)鍵詞】 地榆配方顆粒;沒食子酸;TLC;HPLC ;質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

【Abstract】 Objective To study the quality standard for Diyu despensing granules.Methods Diyu despensing granules was identified by TLC,gallic acid could be determined by HPLC.Results The quality control study showed that the characteristic for identification by TLC was distinct and hightly specific, gallic acid in Diyu despensing granules was determined.
