營(yíng)養(yǎng)性肥胖大鼠血漿降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽(CGRP)水平的變化

【摘要】 目的 觀測(cè)營(yíng)養(yǎng)性肥胖大鼠血漿鈣素基因相關(guān)肽(CGRP)水平變化以及心臟/體重、肝臟/體重比改變。方法 用特異性放免法測(cè)定血漿CGRP含量;稱各組大鼠心臟、肝臟濕重,并分別計(jì)算與體重之比。結(jié)果 肥胖大鼠血漿CGRP水平(77.88±6.84)pg/ml明顯低于正常體重大鼠(190.45±35.93)pg/ml(P<0.001); 心臟(g )/體重(g )、肝臟(g )/體重(g )比(0.319±0.019、3.334±0.410)均明顯高于普通飼料喂養(yǎng)組(0.225±0.020、2.951±0.730)(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 肥胖癥大鼠血漿CGRP水平降低,在大鼠肥胖癥的發(fā)生發(fā)展,以及肥胖癥大鼠心臟/體重、肝臟/體重比增大中可能起作用。【關(guān)鍵詞】 肥胖癥;降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽;脂肪
