摘 要 目的 研究神經(jīng)生長因子(NGF)在缺血性腦損傷中對神經(jīng)細胞凋亡的影響。方法 采用大鼠4血管閉塞腦缺血模型,TUNEL方法原位標記DNA片段,觀察腦室內(nèi)注射NGF后海馬CA1區(qū)神經(jīng)細胞凋亡的變化。結(jié)果 使用NGF后3d海馬CA1區(qū)TUNEL陽性神經(jīng)細胞數(shù)為神經(jīng)細胞總數(shù)的13.9%±11.6%,與缺血對照組(21.3%±13.7%)比較顯著減少(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 外源性NGF對腦缺血所致的神經(jīng)細胞凋亡可能具有一定的保護作用。
Effect of nerve growth factor on neuronal apoptosis in hippocapal CA1 sector after global ischemia in rats

Abstract Objective To investigate the protective action of nerve growth factor (NGF) on neuronal apoptosis by ischemic insults.Methods Global ischemia in Wistar rats was induced using four-vessel occlusion,and NFG group intraventricular adminstration of NGF after ischemia,control group received the same volue of solvent.At the 3 days after ischmia,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP-biotion nick endlabeling (TUNEL) hippocampal CA1 sector.Result The results showed that the number of TUNEL positive cells to the number of whole cells in the CA1 subified was 21.3±13.7% in NGF group,and 13.9%±11.6% in control group,significant difference between the ratios in two group (P<0.01).Conclusion It was suggested that intraventricular NGF has a protective effect on neuronal appoptosis by ischemic insults. ......
