【摘 要】 目的 探討不同劑量基因重組人骨形成蛋白(rhBMP-2)對(duì)兔下頜骨牽引區(qū)新骨生成及內(nèi)皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)表達(dá)的影響。 方法 日本大耳白兔45只,隨機(jī)分為3組,每組15只,建立動(dòng)物模型,通過組織學(xué)觀察和免疫組化方法檢測(cè)新骨形成及其表達(dá)的eNOS。 結(jié)果 同一時(shí)間點(diǎn)新骨隨rhBMP-2的增多而變成熟。eNOS的峰值rhBMP-2組較空白組前提;在同一時(shí)間點(diǎn)eNOS隨rhBMP-2的增多而表達(dá)增強(qiáng),在28d時(shí)各組表達(dá)的eNOS無明顯差異。 結(jié)論 rhBMP-2在成骨早期以劑量依賴方式促進(jìn)兔下頜牽引區(qū)eNOS的表達(dá)和新骨形成。【關(guān)鍵詞】 牽引成骨;基因重組人骨形成蛋白2;內(nèi)皮型一氧化氮合酶
