鼻中隔和鼻腔鼻竇聯(lián)合手術(shù)的療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 觀察鼻中隔、多鼻竇聯(lián)合手術(shù)的治療效果并探討其安全可行性。方法 88例鼻腔鼻竇疾病的患者均在局部麻醉下一次性接受鼻中隔矯正術(shù)、鼻息肉切除術(shù)、篩竇(額竇、蝶竇)開(kāi)放術(shù)及中、下鼻甲手術(shù)，并觀察術(shù)后療效和并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果 88例患者均順利完成手術(shù)，隨訪6個(gè)月～2年，治愈65例(73.86%)，好轉(zhuǎn)21例(23.86%)，無(wú)效2例(2.27%)，總有效率97.73%，出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥4例(4.55%)，所有并發(fā)癥經(jīng)治療均獲痊愈，無(wú)鼻中隔穿孔等嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論 在局部麻醉下能一次性完成鼻中隔、多鼻竇(鼻-鼻竇)聯(lián)合手術(shù)，且不會(huì)增加和加重鼻-鼻竇手術(shù)的并發(fā)癥；因該術(shù)式療效好，是一種安全可行的手術(shù)方法，能明顯減少鼻息肉及鼻竇炎的復(fù)發(fā)。[關(guān)鍵詞] 鼻中隔偏曲；鼻竇炎；鼻息肉；外科手術(shù)；預(yù)后
Observation on nasal septum surgery combined with multi-sinus surgery

[Abstract] Objective To observe and summarize the clinical effect of nasal septum surgery combined with multi-sinus surgery and to discuss the safety and feasibility.Methods Eighty-eight patients with nasal sinues and nasal cavity diseases receivd nasal septal reconstruction,polypectomy,ethmoidectomy and partial middle or inferior turbinate resection simultaneously under local anesthesia,and the complications after surgery were observed.Results Operations in eighty-eight patients were completed successfully.Sixty-five cases were cured,the cure rate of 88 cases was (73.86%),21 cases effectively recovered (23.86%),and 2 cases didn’t recover (2.27%).The clinical cure rate was 97.73%.No severe complications occured.Conclusion The nasal septal surgery combined with nulti-sinus surgery simultaneously under local anesthesia is an effective and safety procedure.It can decrease the recurrence rate of nasal polyp and sinusitis and don’t increase the incidence of complication. ......
