復(fù)方丹參氣霧劑合用硝酸甘油治療冠心病心絞痛的療效

中國中西醫(yī)結(jié)合急救雜志000202摘 要：目的：評價(jià)復(fù)方丹參氣霧劑合用硝酸甘油治療冠心病心絞痛的療效。方法：將90例冠心病心絞痛患者隨機(jī)分為3組：A組30例給予復(fù)方丹參氣霧劑；B組30例給予復(fù)方丹參氣霧劑，另加硝酸甘油靜滴；C組單用硝酸甘油靜滴。觀察治療前后3組療效(心電圖和癥狀)，并觀察A、B組血液流變學(xué)改變，B、C組硝酸甘油用量。結(jié)果： A組癥狀及心電圖總有效率分別為76.7%和46.7%；C組癥狀及心電圖總有效率分別為73 .3%和43.3%，2組比較差異無顯著性(P均>0.05)；B組癥狀及心電圖總有效率分別為96.7%和60.0%，均優(yōu)于上述2組(P均<0.05)。A組、B組治療前后血液流變學(xué)有顯著改善，且B組與A組有顯著差異(P<0.05或P<0.01)。B組硝酸甘油用量顯著少于C組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論：復(fù)方丹參氣霧劑是治療冠心病心絞痛的有效藥物，與硝酸甘油合用可增強(qiáng)療效，且能減少硝酸甘油用量，抑制其不良反應(yīng)。

Abstract：Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of composite salvia miltiorrhiza bunge complex a erosol (SMBC) on ischemic angina pectoris.Methods：90 cases with ischemic angina pectoris were randomly divided into three groups,t he patients of group A were administered SMBC;the patients of group B were admin istered the mentioned SMBC and nitroglycerin;the patients of group C were admini stered nitroglycerin.The curative effect (ECG and symptom) of three groups was contrasted and observed before and after treatment;the alteration of hemorrheolo gy of group A and group B,and the dosage of nitroglycerin of group B and group C were observed.Results：The total effective rate of symptom(76.7% vs.73.3%) and ECG(46.7% vs.43 .3%) in group A and group C were similiar (all P>0.05),the curative effects(96.7% and 60.0%,respectively) in group B significantly higher than group A and group C(all P<0.05).The alteration of hemorrheology of g roup A significantly more than group B (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The do sage of nitroglycerin in group B was markedly lower than group C(P<0.05 ).Conclusions：SMBC is an effective drug for ischemic angina pectoris.Combine with SMBC and ni troglycerin can enhance curative effect and decrease the dosage of nitroglyceri n and can inhibit the deleterious effe, http://www.www.srpcoatings.com
