【摘要】目的:為了了解南京市浦口區(qū)2009年8月齡—14歲及下兒童麻疹減毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine, MV)強(qiáng)化免疫活動(dòng)(Supplementary Immunization Activities, SIA),在血清學(xué)和流行病學(xué)效果。方法:通過采集0歲～、1歲～、3歲～、5歲～、7歲～、10歲～、15歲～、20歲～年齡組人群血清，檢測麻疹抗體，分析比較抗體水平和SIA前后0歲組、1-14歲組和15歲及以上組的麻疹發(fā)病例數(shù)增減情況。結(jié)果：SIA后全區(qū)麻疹抗體陽性率91.12%，各齡抗體陽性率在30%-92.96%，達(dá)到保護(hù)水平(800IU/ML)的陽性率為64.75%，不同年齡組間存在顯著性差別，SIA前后的1-14歲年齡組發(fā)病例數(shù)減少80%-100%。結(jié)論:全區(qū)麻疹強(qiáng)化免疫安全有效果，達(dá)到全省同期水平，全區(qū)15歲及以上年齡組麻疹抗體水平偏低而發(fā)病例數(shù)偏多，證明該年齡組是消除麻疹的重點(diǎn)人群，應(yīng)開展以麻疹疫接種為主要手段綜合防制工作。同時(shí)還要繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)后續(xù)的麻疹減毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine, MV)強(qiáng)化免疫活動(dòng)(Supplementary Immunization Activities, SIA)和監(jiān)測工作，確保全區(qū)2012年消除麻疹。

【Abstract】objective in order to understand the nanjing pukou 2009 8 months - 14 years old and children under Measles Live Attenuated Vaccine, Measles Vaccine Live Attenuated (MV) aggrandizement immunity activity (Supplementary Immunization noted, SIA), in serology and epidemiological effect. Methods through acquisition 0 ~ 1 year old age, 3 years old ~ ~, or 5 years, 7 ~ ~ ~, ten, 15 ~ 20 ~ age crowd, serum, detection of measles antibody, analysis and comparison antibody level and SIA before age group, 1-0 14 and 15 years old and above group group of measles number increase or decrease.
