Geramage聚合瓷修復(fù)體在活髓前牙美容修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用(1)
[摘要]目的：探討Geramage聚合瓷修復(fù)體在活髓前牙美容修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用。方法：選取筆者科室96例活髓前牙美容修復(fù)患者(188顆患牙)為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為接受Geramage聚合瓷修復(fù)的研究組(48例，94顆患牙)和接受光固化復(fù)合樹脂修復(fù)的對(duì)照組(48例，94顆患牙)，比較兩組術(shù)后修復(fù)體敏感程度、疼痛程度、牙周指標(biāo)等情況。結(jié)果：研究組活髓前牙修復(fù)1d后敏感發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)，修復(fù)3個(gè)月后，研究組無(wú)顯著變化(P>0.05)，對(duì)照組顯著降低(P<0.05)，兩組間無(wú)顯著性差異(P>0.05)；修復(fù)1d后，研究組視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS)低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)；修復(fù)3個(gè)月后，兩組VAS評(píng)分均明顯降低(P<0.05)，兩組間VAS評(píng)分無(wú)顯著性差異(P>0.05)，兩組修復(fù)體完整性無(wú)顯著性差異(P>0.05)，研究組邊緣密合度、色澤協(xié)調(diào)性均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)；修復(fù)半年后，對(duì)照組修復(fù)牙菌斑指數(shù)(PI)、牙齦指數(shù)(GI)均高于其對(duì)合健康牙和研究組修復(fù)牙(P<0.05)；研究組修復(fù)牙PI、GI與其健康修復(fù)牙比較，無(wú)顯著性差異(P>0.05)；研究組齦溝探診深度(PD)與對(duì)照組組間和組內(nèi)比較均無(wú)顯著性差異(P>0.05)。結(jié)論：Geramage聚合瓷修復(fù)可有效減少活髓前牙的敏感性、疼痛，降低PI、GI，改善邊緣密合度和色澤協(xié)調(diào)性，提高美容效果。

Application of Geramage Polymerization Porcelain Restorations in Esthetic Restoration of Vital Incisors

Abstract： Objective To explore the application of Geramage polymerization porcelain restorations in esthetic restoration of vital incisors. Methods 96 cases of patients with esthetic restoration of vital incisors (188 teeth) were selected for the study and randomly divided into the study group (n=48 with 94 teeth， treated with Geramage polymerization porcelain restoration) and the control group (n=48 with 94 teeth， given the light cured composite resin to repair). The sensitivity， pain and periodontal indexes of postoperative restorations were compared between the two groups. Results The sensitive incidence rate after 1d of vital incisors restoration in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05)， and after 3 months of restoration there was no significant change in the study group (P>0.05) while the rate in the control group was decreased significantly (P<0.05)， and there was no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). After 1d of restoration， the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of restoration， the score of VAS in the two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05)， and there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups (P>0.05)， and there was no significant difference in the integrity of the restorations between the two groups (P>0.05)， and the marginal discrepancy degree and color coordination of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of restoration， the dental plaque index (PI) and the gingival index (GI) in the repaired teeth of the control group were significantly higher than those in the healthy teeth and the repaired teeth of the study group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PI and GI between the healthy teeth and the repaired teeth of the study group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the probing depth (PD) between or within the study group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Geramage polymerization porcelain restoration can effectively reduce the sensitivity and pain of vital incisors， and decrease the PI and GI， and improve the marginal discrepancy degree and color coordination and the esthetic effects., 百拇醫(yī)藥(劉冰鋒)
