微信公眾號(hào)在整形美容患者圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用(1)
[摘要]目的:探討微信公眾號(hào)在整形美容患者圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理工作中的應(yīng)用方法及效果。方法:選取2017年1月-8月在筆者科室行整形美容手術(shù)的100例女性患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組50例。對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)的術(shù)前、術(shù)后健康教育;觀察組在對(duì)照組健康教育的基礎(chǔ)上,利用微信公眾平臺(tái)對(duì)患者進(jìn)行術(shù)前宣教、術(shù)后指導(dǎo)、咨詢。比較兩組患者對(duì)術(shù)前宣教、術(shù)后注意事項(xiàng)的掌握程度,焦慮情況和護(hù)理工作的滿意度。結(jié)果:觀察組患者對(duì)宣教內(nèi)容的掌握程度和對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度明顯高于對(duì)照組,焦慮情況低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用微信公眾號(hào)對(duì)整形美容患者進(jìn)行圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理,可提高患者掌握相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉率,能夠有效減輕患者焦慮情緒,提高患者滿意度,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application methods and effects of WeChat public platform in perioperative period nursing of plastic surgery patients. Methods The 100 female patients who underwent plastic surgery in my department from January to August 2017 were selected randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group used traditional preoperative period and postoperative healthy education. On the basis of the healthy education of the control group, the observation group used WeChat public platform to carry out preoperative education, postoperative guidance and consultation. To compare two groups of patients with preoperative education, postoperative care, anxiety and nursing satisfaction. Results In the observation group, the degree of mastery and satisfaction of the teaching contents were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the anxiety was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of WeChat public platform with cosmetic surgery patients perioperative period nursing, it improves the patient’s awareness of relevant knowledge and satisfaction, it also relieves patients' anxiety effectively and improve patient, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

隨著智能手機(jī)的普及,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,微信成為人們?nèi)粘Mㄓ嵉闹匾侄沃唬诖嘶A(chǔ)上衍生出的微信公眾號(hào)讓信息的傳遞更加便捷、直觀,這也給推進(jìn)護(hù)理工作的信息化提供了新的思路[1]。筆者科室應(yīng)用微信公眾平臺(tái)為整形美容手術(shù)患者進(jìn)行圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理,對(duì)患者進(jìn)行一對(duì)一個(gè)體化完整、指導(dǎo),得到患者一致好評(píng),現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1 資料和方法
1.1 臨床資料:選擇2017年1月-8月在筆者科室行整形美容手術(shù)的100例女性患者為研究對(duì)象。手術(shù)類型包括:重瞼術(shù),瞼袋切除術(shù),隆鼻術(shù),隆胸術(shù)及脂肪抽吸術(shù)等各類整形外科常見手術(shù)。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):年齡18~45歲,思維清晰,語言溝通無障礙者;對(duì)手術(shù)及自身有客觀認(rèn)識(shí),手術(shù)訴求合理者;能夠熟練使用微信軟件者。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn):二次手術(shù),合并其他疾病以及精神心理疾病患者。隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組50例,觀察組平均年齡為(27.31±8.64)歲;受教育程度為高中18例,高中以上32例。對(duì)照組平均年齡(28.57±9.46)歲;受教育程度為高中16例,高中以上34例。兩組患者的年齡、文化程度等方面比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。, http://www.www.srpcoatings.com(鄭婉君 徐曉麗 袁琰琴)
