慶大霉素輔助局部注射修復(fù)眼瞼炎性肉芽腫的美容效果及預(yù)后觀察(1)
[摘要]目的：探討慶大霉素輔助局部注射修復(fù)眼瞼炎性肉芽腫的美容效果及預(yù)后。方法：回顧性分析筆者醫(yī)院2015年5月-2018年3月收治的眼瞼炎性肉芽腫患者50例的診療情況。根據(jù)用藥方式的不同，分為觀察組(n=35)和對照組(n=15)。對照組采用曲安奈德局部注射修復(fù)治療，觀察組采用曲安奈德聯(lián)合慶大霉素局部注射修復(fù)治療。治療3周后，比較兩組患者美容效果、肉芽腫硬度及大小、患者對美觀狀況的滿意度以及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組總有效率為88.57%，顯著高于對照組的60.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療前，兩組患者肉芽腫硬度及大小無顯著性差異(P>0.05)；治療后，兩組患者肉芽腫硬度及大小明顯減小，且觀察組患者肉芽腫硬度及大小分別為(1.14±0.11)分、(0.22±0.12)cm2，明顯小于對照組(1.32±0.25)分、(0.45±0.17)cm2，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。觀察組患者滿意度為85.71%，顯著高于對照組53.33%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論：眼瞼炎性肉芽腫患者采用慶大霉素輔助局部注射修復(fù)，可取得較好的美容效果，保證患者美觀，提高患者滿意度，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect and prognosis of gentamicin-assisted granuloma local injection for repairing orbital inflammatory granuloma. Methods Retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases of orbital inflammatory granuloma admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to March 2018. According to the different medication methods， it was divided into the observation group (n=35) and the control group (n=15).The control group was treated with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide， and the observation group was treated with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with gentamicin. After 3 weeks of treatment， the cosmetic effects， granuloma hardness， size， patient satisfaction with aesthetic conditions， and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.57%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.00%， P<0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference in the hardness and size of granuloma between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment， the granuloma hardness and size of the two groups were significantly reduced， and the hardness and size of granuloma in the observation group were (1.14±0.11) points， (0.22±0.12)cm2， significantly less than the control group (1.32±0.25) points， (0.45±0.17)cm2， the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 85.71%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group (53.33%， P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with orbital inflammatory granuloma have achieved significant cosmetic effects by using gentamicin-assisted granuloma local injection repair and repair treatment to ensure the patient's aesthetics and improve patient satisfaction.
