【摘要】目的:查明某中學(xué)學(xué)生食用被污染食物導(dǎo)致腸道疾病的原因。采取有效預(yù)防措施,有效地控制腸道疾病的傳播與流行。方法:通過(guò)流行病調(diào)查、結(jié)合臨床癥狀和實(shí)驗(yàn)室診斷等進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:該起食用污染食物導(dǎo)致腸道疾病的發(fā)生,發(fā)病17人,發(fā)病率為1.8%(17/900),其中男生1人,女生16人,男女之間相比1:16。結(jié)論:加強(qiáng)學(xué)校內(nèi)餐飲業(yè)的衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理,制定切實(shí)可行規(guī)章制定,加強(qiáng)食品基本知識(shí)的培訓(xùn)和宣傳教育力度,防止類(lèi)似食源疾病的發(fā)生。
