【摘 要】目的：探究分析疼痛護(hù)理配合臨終關(guān)懷在晚期胃癌患者護(hù)理中的作用和效果。方法：選取我院在2016年-2018年期間所收治的共計(jì)100名患者作為研究對(duì)象，將患者按照隨機(jī)分配的方式分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，其中對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方式，觀察組采用疼痛護(hù)理配合臨終關(guān)懷。對(duì)兩組患者的臨床護(hù)理效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估和統(tǒng)計(jì)。結(jié)果：觀察組患者從臨床護(hù)理完成后的相關(guān)護(hù)理效果來(lái)看，顯著高于對(duì)照組，且差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論：在臨床上針對(duì)胃癌晚期患者來(lái)說(shuō)，通過(guò)規(guī)范化的疼痛護(hù)理及臨終關(guān)懷往往能夠有效的提升患者的護(hù)理質(zhì)量及滿意度情況。

【Abstract】Objective： to explore the effect of pain nursing combined with hospice care in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods： a total of 100 patients admitted in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were selected as the study subjects.
