頸椎斜位片的投照標(biāo)識(shí)與椎間孔病變側(cè)屬關(guān)系探討(1)
【中圖分類號(hào)】R445 【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼】A 【文章編號(hào)】1672-5085(2007)08-0079-03【摘要】頸椎雙斜位片作為頸椎椎間孔病變?cè)\斷最重要的診查手段，臨床應(yīng)用十分廣泛，但是，在實(shí)際診查中，不同的醫(yī)院、不同的技師或醫(yī)師常采用不同的投照名稱和標(biāo)識(shí)方法。由于投照標(biāo)識(shí)的不規(guī)范，使椎間孔病變的左右側(cè)歸屬關(guān)系常難以分清；另一方面，即使是明確了投照和標(biāo)識(shí)方法的頸椎斜位片，有的醫(yī)師對(duì)所示椎間孔的左右側(cè)歸屬關(guān)系也不太明確，因而經(jīng)常造成椎間孔病變左右側(cè)歸屬診斷的錯(cuò)誤。為了避免誤導(dǎo)臨床，造成頸椎椎間孔病變的臨床治療或手術(shù)發(fā)生左右顛倒的嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)誤，規(guī)范頸椎雙斜位片的投照標(biāo)識(shí)，并明確所示椎間孔的左右側(cè)歸屬關(guān)系非常重要。
