急診意識障礙病因分析及鑒別診斷(附98例報告)

【摘要】目的:探討急診意識障礙患者的病因構成及鑒別診斷。方法：對我院急診98例意識障礙患者臨床資料進行回顧性分析。結果:急診意識障礙的原因依次為：急性腦血管病、急性外源性中毒、急性感染性疾病、嚴重創(chuàng)傷、內分泌疾病及其他。結論:急性意識障礙是危重急癥，其病因復雜，牽涉多系統(tǒng)疾病，但均以常見病，多發(fā)病為主，因此接診要首先確定是否昏迷，昏迷的程度，同時施行搶救措施，作詳細全身檢查，配合必要的化驗和輔助檢查，及時作出恰當?shù)蔫b別診斷。
