丹鹿通督片治療腰椎管狹窄癥的臨床研究(1)

【摘要】目的：探討丹鹿通督片治療腰椎管狹窄癥(中醫(yī)辨證為瘀阻督脈型)的臨床療效和安全性。方法：采用雙盲隨機對照方法治療腰椎管狹窄癥(瘀阻督脈型)患者200例，丹鹿通督片組100例，骨仙片組100例。結(jié)果：①丹鹿通督片組臨床總有效率93%，痊顯率54%，療效明顯優(yōu)于骨仙片組。②丹鹿通督片組在改善中醫(yī)證候及主要癥狀方面明顯優(yōu)于骨仙片，且跛行和腰痛起效時間比骨仙片組快。③在治療中，個別患者出現(xiàn)皮疹，但不影響治療，未發(fā)現(xiàn)對心、肝、腎功能等有毒副作用。結(jié)論：丹鹿通督片是一種治療腰椎管狹窄癥(瘀阻督脈型)安全、有效的藥物。

【Abstract】Objective:Discusses Danlu Tong to supervise the piece treatment waist canales spinalis to be narrow sickness(Chinese medicine dialectical anti-supervises arteries for stasis)the clinical curative effect and the security.Method: Uses the double blind stochastic comparison method treatment waist canales spinalis to be narrow sickness(stasis anti-to supervise arteries)the patient 200 examples,Danlu Tong supervises the piece group 100 examples,the bone immortal piece group 100 examples.Result:①Danlu Tong supervises the piece group clinical total effectiveness 93%,revealing rate 54%,the curative effect obviously surpasses the bone immortal piece group.②Danlu Tong supervises the piece group obviously surpasses the bone immortal piece in the improvement Chinese medicine card period of five days and the main symptom aspect,also claudication and the lumbago gets up the effect time to be quicker than the bone immortal piece group.③ In the treatment,the individual patient appears the skin rash,but does not affect the treatment,discovery to heart,liver,kidney function and so on virulent side effect.Conclusion: Danlu Tong supervises the piece is one kind of treatment waist canales spinalis is narrow sickness(stasis anti-to supervise arteries)safely,the effective medicine. ......
