毛細管氣相色譜法測定困龍鎮(zhèn)痛噴霧劑中樟腦的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立氣相色譜內(nèi)標(biāo)法測定困龍鎮(zhèn)痛噴霧劑中樟腦含量的方法。方法 色譜柱HP-(二甲基聚硅氧烷)毛細管柱(0.53 mm×30 mm,2.65μm);進樣口溫度200℃;檢測器溫度250℃;柱溫70℃,以8℃/min的速率升溫至190℃;以氮氣為載氣, 流速5 ml/min:氫火焰離子檢測器, 內(nèi)標(biāo)物為α-蒎烯。結(jié)果樟腦進樣量在0.01~0.10 μg的范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系 (r=0.999 5),平均回收率為99.5%, RSD=2.15%(9例)。結(jié)論 所建方法便、快速、準(zhǔn)確、可靠,可用于困龍鎮(zhèn)痛噴霧劑中樟腦的含量測定。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method of determing camphor in Kunlongzhentong spray By CGC.
