甲狀腺的手術(shù)治療與并發(fā)癥預(yù)防(1)
[摘要] 目的：探討甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥圍術(shù)期的治療，降低嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率。方法：回顧性分析本院2008年1月～2010年12月收治入院的80例經(jīng)內(nèi)科治療無(wú)效甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥患者，給予完善檢查，術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備，行甲狀腺次全切除術(shù)后進(jìn)行資料分析。結(jié)果：80例患者術(shù)后出血1例，喉上神經(jīng)分支損傷2例，喉返神經(jīng)損傷1例，引起四肢抽搐4例。75例治愈，4例復(fù)發(fā)，1例死亡，無(wú)甲狀腺危象及聲音嘶啞。結(jié)論：術(shù)前完善準(zhǔn)備，術(shù)中精心操作，配合用藥，可減少和避免并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。[關(guān)鍵詞] 甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)癥；圍術(shù)期；處理；并發(fā)癥

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the perioperative treatment of hyperthyroidism and reduce the incidence of complications. Methods: To retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 -December 2010 admitted to hospital, 80 patients with medical therapy in patients with hyperthyroidism, giving complete examination, preoperative preparation, subtotal thyroidectomy after data analyzed. Results: 80 patients, one case of postoperative bleeding, laryngeal nerves injury in 2 cases, recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in 1 case, causing the limbs twitch in 4 cases. 75 cases were cured, 4 cases of recurrence, 1 patient died, without thyroid crisis and a hoarse voice. Conclusion: The perfect preparation before surgery, intraoperative careful operation, with medication, can reduce and avoid complications. ......
