活血化瘀復(fù)方制劑醒腦偏癱膠囊治療缺血性腦卒中急性期的臨床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的：評(píng)價(jià)活血化瘀復(fù)方制劑醒腦偏癱膠囊治療缺血性腦卒中急性期的臨床療效和安全性。方法：將100例急性缺血性腦卒中患者按隨機(jī)原則分為治療組(50例)和對(duì)照組(50例)。兩組均治療15 d。結(jié)果：醒腦偏癱治療組與對(duì)照組比較，三酰甘油、纖維蛋白原明顯降低，腦梗死患者臨床癥狀顯著改善，神經(jīng)功能缺損程度評(píng)分明顯降低。治療組的總有效率(94%)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(86%)。肝腎功能未出現(xiàn)異常。結(jié)論：醒腦偏癱膠囊能顯著降低神經(jīng)功能缺損程度，改善腦梗死患者臨床癥狀，降低三酰甘油、纖維蛋白原，治療急性缺血腦卒中安全有效。

Clinical research compound preparation of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis -Xingnaopiantan capsule on ischemia apoplexy at acute stage

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effects of xingnaopiantan capsule on the ischemia apoplexy cases at acute stage. Methods: 100 ischemia apoplexy cases were randomly divided into treatment group (treatedwith xingnaopiantan capsule)(n=50) and control group (n=50). The two groups were continuously treated for 15 days. Results: Compared with control group, the level of triglyceride and, fibrinogen was obviously decreased in the treatment group, the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction patients were significantly improved, and the neurological function deficit scores were obviously decreased in the treatment group. The total effective rate of the treatment group (94%) obviously surpassed the control group (86%). The liver and kidney function were all normal. Conclusion: The xingnaopiantan capsule is effective and safe on ischemia apoplexy by improving the degree of neurologic impairment and the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction patients, decreasing the level of triglyceride and fibrinogen too.

腦卒中的發(fā)病率、致殘率和病死率相當(dāng)高，缺血性腦卒中占大多數(shù)，越來越多的學(xué)者認(rèn)為使用中藥制劑與西藥聯(lián)合治療缺血性腦卒中，比單純西藥治療能取得更好的治療效果和預(yù)后。筆者通過臨床觀察，探討湖南省瀏陽市中醫(yī)院自制活血化瘀復(fù)方制劑醒腦偏癱膠囊治療缺血性腦卒中急性期的臨床療效及安全性，現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下：
1資料與方法
1.1一般資料
收集湖南省瀏陽市中醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科2008年1月~2010年1月住院治療的腦梗死患者100例，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為治療組和常規(guī)治療對(duì)照組，每組50例。
1.1.1診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)西醫(yī)：參照1995年中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)第四次腦血管疾病學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議制定的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[1]。中醫(yī)：參照國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局全國(guó)中醫(yī)腦病急癥科研協(xié)作組制定的《腦卒中病診斷療效評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(1995年)[2]。 ......
