3 展望
我國因腦動脈狹窄導致的缺血性腦卒中患者逐年增加，目前血管內介入治療腦動脈狹窄已經(jīng)取得較大的成功，但仍面臨許多問題，尤其是介入治療圍術期并發(fā)癥、支架置入后血管再狹窄及顱內動脈狹窄支架效果等問題。
