育齡婦女避孕方法選擇和避孕效果的影響因素(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討育齡婦女避孕方法選擇和避孕效果的影響因素，為選擇正確、有效的避孕方法提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。 方法 分別對患者文化程度以及生育情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)并分析，以探討育齡婦女避孕方法選擇的影響因素。對因意外懷孕做人工流產(chǎn)患者進(jìn)行失敗的避孕方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)，以探討各種避孕方法的避孕效果。 結(jié)果 高中以上學(xué)歷組選擇的避孕方法主要為避孕套，占43.1%，高中及高中以下學(xué)歷組選擇的避孕方法主要為節(jié)育器，占62.0%。兩組不同避孕方法選擇比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。已生育組選擇的避孕方法主要為節(jié)育器，占64.4%，未生育組選擇的避孕方法主要為避孕套，占62.9%。兩組不同避孕方法選擇比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。避孕措施失敗最多的是避孕套避孕，占35.0%；第二為節(jié)育器避孕，占25.0%；第三為安全期避孕，占21.7%；第四為避孕藥物避孕，占18.3%。做絕育的患者未再次發(fā)生意外懷孕。 結(jié)論 患者的生育情況及文化程度影響避孕方法的選擇；不同避孕方法的避孕效果不同，選擇正確、合適的避孕方法能有效減少意外懷孕的發(fā)生。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate influence factor on contraceptive method selection and contraceptive effect in women of childbearing age in order to provide scientific theory for selection of correct and effective contraceptive methods. Methods The culture and cultural journey fertility of patients were surveyed and statistical analyzed，the influence factor in women of childbearing age contraceptive methods and contraceptive effect of selection was studied.The fail contraceptive methods in patients due to unwanted pregnancies do abortion was analyzed，and the contraceptive effect of various contraceptive methods was observed. Results The contraceptive method of high school education group was primarily for condoms，accounting for 43.1%.High school and high school education or less group was primarily for IUD，accounting for 62.0%.The choice of contraceptive method in two groups was compared，with statistical difference(P<0.01).Contraceptive method in fertility group was mainly IUD，accounting for 64.4%.Contraceptive method in nulliparous group was primarily for condoms，accounting for 62.9%.The choice of contraceptive method in two groups was compared，with statistical difference(P<0.01).Contraceptive failure was the largest condom，accounting for 35.0%.The second was IUD contraception，accounting for 25.0%.The third was the rhythm，accounting for 21.7%.The fourth was contraceptive drugs，accounting for 18.3%.There were no unwanted pregnancies in sterilization patients. Conclusion The fertility and education of patients influence the choice of contraceptive methods.Different contraceptive methods have different contraceptive effect，choose the right and appropriate contraceptive method can effectively reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancy.
