左甲狀腺素鈉治療老年甲狀腺功能減退綜合征的效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討左甲狀腺素鈉治療老年甲狀腺功能減退綜合征的效果。 方法 選取2013年1月～2014年1月本院收治的70例老年甲狀腺功能減退綜合征患者作為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為對照組與觀察組，各35例。觀察組給予左甲狀腺素鈉治療，對照組給予甲狀腺片治療。比較兩組治療前后的各指標(biāo)水平及治療有效率。 結(jié)果 兩組治療后的TSH水平顯著低于治療前，F(xiàn)T4與FT3水平顯著高于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。觀察組治療后的TSH、FT3水平顯著低于對照組治療后，F(xiàn)T4水平顯著高于對照組治療后，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。觀察組的總有效率為94.3%，顯著高于對照組的80.0%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 左甲狀腺素鈉治療老年甲狀腺功能減退綜合征的效果顯著，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism syndrome. Methods 70 elderly patients with hypothyroidism syndrome in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，35 cases in each group.The observation group was given levothyroxine sodium，the control group was given thyroxine tablet.The level of indexes and therapeutic effective rate before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results The level of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment，the levels of free thyroxine (FT4) and free triiodothyronine (FT3) in two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment，with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of TSH，F(xiàn)T3 in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment，the level of FT4 in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.3%，which was higher than 80.0% in the control group，with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of elderly hypothyroidism syndrome is significant，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

甲狀腺功能減退綜合征是臨床常見的慢性病之一，多發(fā)于老年人群體，常表現(xiàn)出嗜睡、疲乏、記憶力衰退以及認(rèn)知損傷等癥狀，嚴(yán)重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量[1]。甲狀腺激素合成、分泌不足，導(dǎo)致甲狀腺激素生物效應(yīng)下降，是引起老年人甲狀腺功能減退綜合征的主要原因[2]。當(dāng)前，臨床常使用左甲狀腺素鈉治療老年甲狀腺功能減退綜合征。本研究選取本院的老年甲狀腺功能減退患者作為研究對象，探討左甲狀腺素鈉治療老年甲狀腺功能減退綜合征的效果。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
選取2013年1月～2014年1月在本院接受治療的70例老年甲狀腺功能減退綜合征患者作為研究對象，年齡為61～82歲，平均(69.4±12.8)歲。將入選患者隨機(jī)分成觀察組和對照組，各35例。兩組的年齡、性別、病情、病程以及既往病史等一般資料比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05)，具有可比性。 (張雅琴)
