中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療LEEP術(shù)后HPV持續(xù)感染的臨床研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療LEEP術(shù)后HPV持續(xù)感染的臨床效果。 方法 選擇2013年1～12月在常熟市中醫(yī)院婦科就診的CIN行LEEP術(shù)，術(shù)后3個月復(fù)查，行陰道鏡檢查陰性，但HPV持續(xù)陽性的患者100例為入組病例，隨機(jī)將其分為治療組(50例)和對照組(50例)，治療組采用婦安寧洗劑外用聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α-2b栓治療，對照組采用重組人干擾素α-2b栓治療。兩組治療療程均為3個月，停藥后9個月復(fù)查，觀察兩組的HPV轉(zhuǎn)陰率等。 結(jié)果 治療組的HPV轉(zhuǎn)陰率為64%，對照組為32%，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)；兩組的宮頸創(chuàng)面大部分在4周內(nèi)愈合，治療組中，創(chuàng)面愈合時間>4周10例，術(shù)后出血4例，宮頸管息肉樣增生5例；對照組愈合時間>4周14例、術(shù)后出血6例，宮頸管息肉樣增生8例，兩組的上述情況差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 婦安寧洗劑外用聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α-2b栓治療LEEP術(shù)后HPV持續(xù)感染的臨床效果顯著，可干預(yù)HPV持續(xù)感染，延緩宮頸病變的發(fā)生，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating human papilloma virus (HPV) persistent infection after loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) surgery. Methods From January to December in 2013，100 patients with CIN given LEEP surgerytreated in department of gynaecology of Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，and patients given reexamination after 3 months surgery were HPV persistent positive andnegative by colposcopy examination and selected.They were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random.In treatment group，fuanning lotion for external use combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository was adopted，while in control group，only recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository was used.The course of treatment in both groups was 3 months.Reexamination was carried out 9 months after ceasing medication，the negative conversion rate of HPV infection and so on was observed in two groups. Results The negative conversion rate in treatment group and control group was 64% and 32% respectively，which displayed a statistical difference after comparison (P<0.05).Most cervical wound would be healed within 4 weeks.In treatment group，there were 10 cases whose wound healing time were over 4 weeks，and 4 cases occurred with postoperative bleeding，polypoid hyperplasia in cervical canal was 5 cases，while in control group，there were 14 cases whose wound healing rate were more than 4 weeks，6 cases with postoperative bleeding，and 8 cases with polypoid hyperplasia in cervical canal，which all displayed statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of fuanning lotion for external use combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository treating human papilloma virus (HPV) persistent infection after loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) surgery is significantl and can intervene in HPV persistent infection and prolong the occurrence of cervical lesions，which is worthy of application and expansion in clinic.
