分析醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)專業(yè)實(shí)踐課程體系教學(xué)改革效果(1)
【摘要】目的:分析醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)專業(yè)實(shí)踐課程體系教學(xué)改革效果。方法:將本院2014級(jí)68例醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,且按照隨機(jī)分組的方式納入實(shí)驗(yàn)組與常規(guī)組(n=34)。為所有學(xué)生實(shí)施實(shí)踐課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo),常規(guī)組應(yīng)用一般教學(xué)模式,實(shí)驗(yàn)組應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新型教學(xué)模式,比較兩組學(xué)生的實(shí)踐技能測(cè)評(píng)得分、理論知識(shí)測(cè)評(píng)得分以及學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)滿意度。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的實(shí)踐技能測(cè)評(píng)得分與理論知識(shí)測(cè)評(píng)得分均高于常規(guī)組學(xué)生,組間各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)資料比較存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)價(jià)值(p<0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的課程學(xué)習(xí)滿意率為97.06%,數(shù)據(jù)比較同樣優(yōu)于常規(guī)組學(xué)生滿意率82.35%,數(shù)據(jù)比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)價(jià)值(p<0.05)。結(jié)論:醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)專業(yè)實(shí)踐課程體系教學(xué)改革,有助于增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐技能掌握能力,保證實(shí)踐教學(xué)的效果。

[Abstract] Objective:To analyze the medical hairdressing technology practice teaching course system reform effect.Methods: our hospital grade 2014, 68 cases of medical hairdressing technology professional students as the research object, and according to the mode of randomized into the experimental group and routine group (n=34).For all students carrying out teaching practice guidance, the conventional group applied general teaching mode, experimental group applied innovative teaching modes, to compare two groups of students' practical skills assessment score, theoretical knowledge evaluation score, and the students' learning satisfaction.Results: the experimental group students' practical skills assessment score evaluation score were higher than conventional group of students with theoretical knowledge, the data comparison between groups exist statistical value (p<0.05).The experimental group students' course learning satisfaction rate was 97.06%, the data is also superior to conventional group of student satisfaction rate of 82.35%, compared with the data statistical value (p<0.05).Conclusion: medical hairdressing technology professional practice teaching reform, course system, help to enhance the capacity of the students' practical skills to master, to ensure that the practice teaching effect.

醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)專業(yè)多包含的內(nèi)容較多,要求學(xué)生具有較高的職業(yè)操作能力、智力性判斷能力等。但是當(dāng)前很多醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)指導(dǎo)中,卻僅僅應(yīng)用理論知識(shí)講解與動(dòng)作示范的方式,沒(méi)有組織學(xué)生參與到實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中,致使學(xué)生理論課程與實(shí)踐技能相互脫離。文章將本院2014級(jí)68例醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,比較不同實(shí)踐課程體系下,學(xué)生的課程學(xué)習(xí)效果,現(xiàn)總結(jié)內(nèi)容如下。
1.資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
將本院2014級(jí)68例醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,且按照隨機(jī)分組的方式納入實(shí)驗(yàn)組與常規(guī)組(n=34)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組34名學(xué)生中,男性24,女性10例,學(xué)生年齡在22歲到26歲之間,年齡中位數(shù)為(24.04±1.03)歲。常規(guī)組34名學(xué)生中,男性23,女性11例,學(xué)生年齡在21歲到26歲之間,年齡中位數(shù)為(24.07±1.12)歲。組間各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)資料比較無(wú)明顯區(qū)別,具有分組研究?jī)r(jià)值(p>0.05)。

為所有學(xué)生實(shí)施實(shí)踐課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo),常規(guī)組應(yīng)用一般教學(xué)模式,為學(xué)生講解相關(guān)技術(shù),為學(xué)生實(shí)施動(dòng)作示范。實(shí)驗(yàn)組應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新型教學(xué)模式,具體方式如下。
1.2.1 科學(xué)劃分知識(shí)模塊
將醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)劃分為三個(gè)模塊,職業(yè)基礎(chǔ)理論模塊、職業(yè)技術(shù)與技能模塊以及實(shí)踐教學(xué)模塊。職業(yè)基礎(chǔ)理論素質(zhì)具體包含美容心理學(xué)、美容營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)等內(nèi)容,可以通過(guò)案例分析的方式組織學(xué)生參與實(shí)踐探究[1]。職業(yè)技術(shù)與技能模塊則主要包含醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)、整體形象技術(shù)等,通過(guò)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的方式,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力。實(shí)踐教學(xué)模塊則包含就業(yè)崗位培訓(xùn)等內(nèi)容,組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行情境模擬,增加課時(shí)數(shù)量[2]。, 百拇醫(yī)藥(田怡 陳英)
